Q. Is Your Company licensed and fully insured?
A. Yes, We are fully licensed by the west wilts district council. All our vehicles are also insured.
Q. Are your prices per car or per person?
A. Our prices are per car, the price you see is the price you pay. However this price is based on passengers being ready at the booked time and all journeys being directly to and from the Airport. (Any diversions or extra pickups requested will include a surcharge).
Q. How early do I need to book my car?
A. The earlier the better. Pickups in the local area can usually be made 10 minutes after call. Bookings made in busy times, such as Saturday & Friday nights can be longer.
Q. Will you meet us anytime of day or night?
A. Yes we offer a 24hr service, however less cars may be in operation during uncommon times so additional waiting times may be required..
Q. Can I smoke in the car?
A. No. All our cars now operate on a strict non-smoking policy.
Q. Do we need to tip the driver?
A. Tipping is not essential, but is welcome if you feel you were offered good service.
Q. Can you take wheelchair passengers?
A. Yes, we are able to assist passengers from wheelchairs to vehicle seats. We also have vehicles that can accommodate passengers in their wheelchairs. These vehicles meet required safety and do not come at extra cost. However these vehicles should booked in advance to ensure availability.
Q. What can I do if I leave anything in the vehicle?
A. If our drivers notice anything left behind it will be handed into the taxi HQ. You will then be able to call and we can check for anything that has been handed in.
